Comprehensive Disclaimer on Comparative Affordability
This page explains the basis, scope, and limitations of our affordability claims so families can evaluate our offerings with clear, accurate context.
Affordability Statement
The statement that our programs are “2–3× more affordable than other SHSAT prep programs” (the “Affordability Statement”) is provided strictly as a general, good‑faith estimate derived from publicly available pricing data at the time of creation. Such data was gathered through reasonable efforts, including a review of competitor websites, promotional materials, and published tuition rates within the New York City SHSAT preparation market.
By its nature, the Affordability Statement is not, and should not be construed as, an exact mathematical calculation or a binding guarantee of cost savings. Instead, it is intended solely as a relative and illustrative comparison, designed to communicate in broad terms the economic value that students and families may expect when enrolling in our programs.
Disclaimers & Limitations
- Accuracy Over Time. Competitor pricing is inherently subject to fluctuation due to promotional discounts, limited‑time offers, geographic variation, instructor credentials, bundled services, or other market factors outside of our control. Accordingly, the Affordability Statement may not remain accurate on an ongoing basis.
- Uniform Applicability. The Affordability Statement does not imply that every customer, in every situation, will achieve the stated level of cost advantage. Individual experiences may vary depending on the specific competitor or service being compared.
- Comparative Scope. The Affordability Statement is not intended to compare our programs to every possible competitor or alternative educational resource, whether online or offline. Instead, it reflects a broad sampling of SHSAT preparation providers that, in our reasonable judgment, are generally representative of the marketplace.
- No Reliance; Independent Evaluation. No student, parent, guardian, or other party should rely solely on the Affordability Statement as the basis for making educational, financial, or legal decisions. All parties are encouraged to independently evaluate competitor pricing and program offerings to determine relative value.
- Warranties Disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties regarding the Affordability Statement, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
